Aside Assist is a football team management service operated by Kieran Uddin ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at kez@asideassist.com.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address - to contact you about early access and product updates.
• Team name - to understand how you intend to use Aside Assist.
• Role (team manager, player, or both) - to understand our audience.

We also collect anonymised usage data via Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This data does not identify you personally.

We use your personal data to:

• Send you early access invites and updates about the Aside Assist beta.
• Understand the composition of our waitlist to improve the product.

We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your details via our waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at kez@asideassist.com.

We will retain your data until you ask us to delete it, or until the product launches and you choose not to create an account. We do not retain waitlist data indefinitely - we will remove it once it is no longer needed.

Our website uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymised data about site usage, including page views and referral sources. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies beyond what is necessary to understand website performance.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict processing of your data.
• Object to processing.
• Portability - receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Waitlist data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We will notify waitlist members of any material changes by email.
