By accessing or using the Aside Assist website and waitlist ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Aside Assist is operated by Kieran Uddin ("we", "us", "our").

Aside Assist is a football team management application currently in development. The current Service consists of a marketing website and a waitlist for early access to the beta product. Features described on this website represent planned functionality and are subject to change.

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and other optional information. You consent to us contacting you about early access and product updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta or the final product.

You may withdraw from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at kez@asideassist.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false information via the waitlist form.
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service without prior consent.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Aside Assist or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Pricing, features and availability described on the website are subject to change before launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aside Assist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
